[Wikitech-l] End of year deployment freeze 🥶

Hi all! This year we're planning to freeze deployments Mon, Dec 20th – Mon, Jan 3rd. That is, freezing the last two weeks of the year. This is on the yearly deployment calendar[0]. We freeze deployments every year for the end-of-December holidays and the busy fundraising season[1][2][3][4].
