Apparently working now, after svn cleanup and
chown of the extension
tree.
As I said on IRC, this needs the following things:
1) chgrp entire ExtensionDistributor tree to wikidev group
2) make all files in the tree group-writable
3) fix the script updating the tree so it uses umask 002
4) make wikidev the primary group of the extdist user (doesn't seem to be)
Could we get this done some time, please?
