behind localized titles, and a "wikipedia:" namespace sounds fine, but

objection to localizing these namespaces? They're currently hard-coded
in English.
Well, since no one's complained yet, I've started on that. :) Please use
the $wikiUser and $wikiText variables as defined in wikiText*.php rather
than hardcoding "user" and "talk" in the namespaces from now on.
