and fr to be default, there should be a possibility to switch to the old

I like the way the edit section links are set up on de and fr; there also used
that way on the english wikiversity:

In that configuration, the edit link is read after the section title and no
brackets are read, so I think it makes more sense from an accessibility
standpoint. I also think there should be an option to revert to the old
behaviour, probably in special:preferences so it's easily accessible.
