EPM = Engineering Project Manager
My understanding is that EPMs direct engineering projects. The other
EPMs we currently have are Tomasz (fundraising engineering, mobile,
maybe more), Alolita Sharma (LiquidThreads, ResourceLoader, and more)
and Rob Lanphier (FlaggedRevs at least, don't know what else).
(P = Programs, btw).
