Hi there,
are there any news about differential or incremental update for the lucene search database?
My last info was: "There isnŽ t any, we are still working about it..."
We really want to use lucene and even differential db upgrade and are "terribly" awaiting success!!
And:
Where can I get newest info about this directly (web site, mailing list, chat ?) if it is off topic here?
Thx.

It's probably worth redoing the old Live Preview code to work with the
newer SAJAX stuff if we're going to revive it.
Another fun project for someone might be autosaving of drafts. :)

Tomorrow, Thursday September 26, I will be migrating the uplinks of our
Amsterdam cluster (knams) to a new router along with an increase of
uplink capacity. This will happen somewhere between 09:00 - 10:00 UTC.
Regular site traffic should be unaffected, as we will be serving
European traffic from our Florida cluster during the maintenance. There
may however be some downtime for Toolserver and some other miscellaneous
services, such as the mailing lists. I will try to minimize this,
hopefully a few minutes at most.

I'm having a problem where I'm trying to insert a system message
'affirmation' into a form (specifically, the upload form in
SpecialUpload.php), following a checkbox. I'm currently using this:
...
<tr>
<td></td>
<td align='left'>
<input tabindex='9' type='checkbox' name=\"wpUploadAffirm\" value=\"1\"
id=\"wpUploadAffirm\" onchange=\"change_form();\" onclick=\"change_form();\"
/>
");
$wgOut->addWikiText( wfMsgForContent( 'affirmation' ) );
$wgOut->addHtml( "
</td>
...
However, when I do this, there's a linefeed output in front of the system
message, so the message does not appear on the same line as the checkbox,
but the next one.
Is there another method to correctly parse a message like this that doesn't
include the extra linefeed?

I've reverted this since it gratuitously removes the parameters which
were added to better support transclusion of Special:Newpages.

Hi,
I've stored some important data for an article in the session.
Now I wanna load them to the bottom of the editor.
Is there a simple way to implement this?
regards
mic

Ok, now it works. :)
It's still a weird combination with the subtitle, though:
