Yes, yes, all true, but --- how is it enforcable?
That's something I also would like to know... I'm having a case at
this moment, and the 'solution' is that the page has been locked
'until people agree'. Given that they will never agree, it means that
the page is locked in all eternity. Doesn't sound like a solution to
me, but it seems to be the Wikipedia way :-(
