Yes, but it's arguable whether the place where the server is located
preceeds over the place where the user lives. If I as somebody who
lives in Germany can add contents to a database system in the US
according to copyright law of the US is highly arguable; I'm also bound
to German laws even if I work on database in the US. IANAL etc. pp.
I can login from a Canadian account, to make things more interesting ;)
