So what? Suppose it had been written down nowhere at all, would this
user have any legal ground to oblige you or us to do so? I don't see
any. In my opinion, registering an account neither gives a user any
rights nor deprives them of any they would have had otherwise, and as
such there isn't anything for them to undersign.
