Some of us don't want people emailing us through the wiki, because we'd
prefer messages on our talk pages.
Hmm, it strikes me that maybe I misinterpreted this. By
"email-enabled", I assumed you meant "has his/her account configured to
allow 'email this user' to work". Do you instead mean simply entering
an email address somewhere behind the scenes separately from the "email
this user" functionality?
