E.g., if Atlanta is selected for 2008, then probably no U.S. city
should bother putting in a bid for 2009, and so no one is going to
start planning (hypothetical example) New York 2009 until the 2008
location is announced, and so on. Does the schedule take this into
account?
As long as "the conclusion of the Wikimania 2008 bid process" means
after the selection, which I expect it does, then it should be fine.
