Absolutely, I totally agree it would be useful, it was one of the
transparency improvements proposed in our internal govenance analysis, and
in fact we have dscussed it with the WMF communication team in June at
Wikimania - everybody agrees it would be nice to be able to track
committments, follow up on issues, etc, but the only thing is that it will
take some time and resources to implement, and we are a bit bottlenecked so
we don't expect such a system to be ready in 2016. I certainly hope we will
have it next year though.
