I think it might be much more logic to create "Local Maarten/Lodewijk team"
for Asia and America. so we keep the number of people flighting around in a
small number (and in much more cheaper flights) and gain more 4
Internationals coordinators to help the NL boys (and we also avoid clon
them) ;)
