Can someone confirm the date and time of the participation of Israel as it is now in the
schedule:
14 September 21:00:00 UTC until 15 October 20:59:59 UTC
(15 September local time is then the first day and 15 October local time is the last day
of participation there?)
Is there somewhere an article about the calendar that tells about this month system with
the start and end dates?
