사용자:Kys951이 저 [[사용자:황제펭귄]]을 차단했고 차단 재검토 요청에 다중 계정이 아닌 이유를 설명했더니 사용자:Ha98574, 사용자:ChongDae등이 차단 재검토 요청을 막무가내로 닫습니다. [[사용자:Kys951]]는 위키백과에서 unypoly와 마찰을 빚은 사용자로 잘못 '과민 반응'을 할 우려가 높은 사용자이며 사용자 문서에 따르면 고향이 경상도 대구입니다. 정치적인 이유에서 차단을 했을 가능성이 있습니다. ChongDae님도 현재 막무가내로 다른 사용자를 다중 계정이라고 말하며 차단행위, 기여 삭제(bhher님)등을 하는 사용자로 차단이 풀리면 제가 ChongDae님의 잘못된 관리 행위를 비판할것으로 보고 어거지로 차단 재검토를 닫고 있는 것으로 보입니다. 이런 사용자들이 억지로 차단 재검토 요청을 닫아서 차단 재검토 요청이 전혀 진행되지 않고 있습니다. 중재위원회에서만 해결이 가능하다고 생각돼서 중재 요청을 보냈습니다.
