There are some good ideas there. In particular, I really like how when
you hover over a link, you get the first paragraph or so from that
link presented as a tooltip. Wikipedia could do with that.
I suspect using even a limited version of it as a default would
terrify our readers, but it's a wonderful tool if you want to use it
willingly.
