I hope this reply doesn't violate the terms of my surrender, but I have
to point out one small irony -- a fair use claim to that unique cover is
extremely weak. That particular cover is Dr. Barrett's signed personal
creation, and Wikipedia has no need to use it when there are more generic
images available.

But those generic images would also be protected by copyright. Since
we should be able to write more about this unique cover it could be
argued that the fair use case is stronger.
