I fail to see the relevance of this comment.
There was a change to [[en:mediawiki:uploadtext]] at that point which
made assumptions of GFDL on uploaded author created images
questionable. Before that point GFDL presumed was legit. We then enter
a grey area where GFDL presumed may be legit on en.wikipedia until
17:06, 17 October 2005 when it ceases to be remotely legit.
