Why would you want different attribution in print than online?
It seems to me that some people (myself included) see online and
offline activity as very different and having a different set of
standards. I see using nicknames online as perfectly acceptable,
where in the credits for a printed book I would not expect to see "By
AwesomeEditor," they would expect a real name.
