Doubtful. For a start the international nature of the project will
tend to throw a spanner in the works of attempts to form political
alliances. Secondaly although there are a lot of user boxes most of
them are not very widely used. For example the largest relgious sect
on the planet is Roman Catholicism. Aparently we have a total of 92
catholics across the whole of wikipedia.
