Wikipedia doesn't have RSS syndication as far as I know, but there is
an XML export function, I think. It's used by some of our leeching
mirrors. You might have more luck posting this request to our
technical mailing list:
wikitech-l(a)wikimedia.org
The people who would know for sure are more likely to read that
mailing list than this one. This one is more about article content
than technical issues.
