Why? Those of us on the lists can confirm that no such
conversations took place on the lists, and have repeatedly offered
an entirely reasonable explanation, which is that the agreement
centred around the (verifiably accurate) supposition that this was
not a new user.
Why must you continue to insist that it is more than that?
Or, at the very very very least, she needs to tell
Arbcom. There's
just no excuse for not telling arbcom that information.
And your evidence that she has not is?....
