What about for ordinary run of the mill websites? No need for web
builder software, just log in and edit the pages right in your
browser. I can see this for those who want to provide mostly text
content with a few images here and there. It wouldn't be good for
those who want their sites top heavy with flashy shit.
One advantage of this approach is if you leave the talk pages
unprotected it's easy for readers to comment on individual pages and
report broken links. On other sites every such comment goes to an
overstuffed, overspammed webmaster mailbox.
