You can't offically but people make execption for things like
television episodes and the like.
It's not really an exception - you aren't citing the Wikipedia
article, you are citing the episode and just giving a convenient link
to the article. Actually citing a Wikipedia article is never permitted
(at least, doing so explicitly isn't, you could say that summary style
articles cite the "main article").
