As far as I know, that isn't.
It almost certainly has to be a grey area though. For example:
Jim Smith is a famous author best known for his stunning autobiography
"Smith in 2000"
Jim Smith is a famous jockey best known for winning the Grand National. In
2000 he released an autobiography...
Jim smith blah blah. [second paragraph] Smith's autobiography, released in
2000, was recognised as a flop.
Etc.
