It may help to bounce the specifics of how and what you want to do
around a discussion here, or at the Village Pump, before you go
"live", but you don't need anyone's permission to do it unless
you're
proposing something that changes existing policy.
The discussion in that case is to both generate some energy and gather
improvement suggestions on how / what to do; I always find that even
my good ideas get a little better with outside review and suggestions.
And George, be careful what you teach, and to whom;
the teacher is forever
