I think for the present quarter the API integrations for that kind of stuff
aren't there on iOS (it takes a fair amount of work), but these are neat
ideas to keep in mind! Regarding the plural question I believe it's
"collections" :)

Well, as long it is handled through the client, go

I hope it will come soon to Android too, because it looks really nice.
Other ways to suggest articles for the feed could be through the Watchlist
and Gatherings (is that how we call them in plural?). And optionally
perhaps through Suggestbot or similar feature?

Thanks for the feedback!
Good question. It's client orchestrated at the moment. Despite the
prototype being web based, this is planned to first be explored in the
Wikimedia Mobile for iOS app.
Thanks again.

The feeds prototypes look really great.
One question though, is it anywhere stored server side which articles a
certain user has read, are close to or saved? Or is it all handled on the
client?

Hi all - we hold a Reading showcase every 4 weeks
where people show off
cool work and experimental projects. Thought some people on the list may
have an interest in the following from the one earlier this week. For a
couple of the presentations the screensharing cut out, so that was trimmed
from the end.

Here are the ones where video isn't available.
Kaity and Sherah showed the feeds prototype:

Baha showed off output fromfrom Barry the Browser Test Bot, which Jon
Robson has been rocking:

Enjoy!
