where do I find infos for "Wikipedia Mobile"?

They name it Wikipedia Mobile.

However, they do link to

... there it is named "Mobile iPhone"
What's the real name?

only. Users without account have no right to edit anything and users can
not register to this site.
Thus even the discussion page is locked to anyone looking for infos
