Is there a way to walk the category tree down or up using
http://en.wikipedia.org/w/api.php? I couldn't figure it out.
You can use prop=categories to list the categories a given page is in,
and list=categorymembers to list the members of a given category.
Neither goes multiple levels deep, though.
