[Mediawiki-api] api.php file not found

Hi,

I have Mediwiki 1.13.1:
http://irsrv2.cs.biu.ac.il/wiki

and I cannot find the api.php page. When I open the url:
http://irsrv2.cs.biu.ac.il/w/api.php

I get a "File not found" error.

How can I enable the api.php?
