OSM already can't and doesn't use anything from wikipedia since wiki
coordinates are tainted with derived google maps data.
I was thinking of data other than geocoordinates. See for instance

Sharing and reusing osm data on wikipedia is okay and
think still will
be with license change but not sure what we need to do to ensure we
comply with license terms.
