A real-time chat help line, accessible, say, via a Helpline icon, might

welcomed by some users and present a more human and responsive "face" of
Wikipedia. The big question is whether the volunteers staffing it would

able to keep up with the volume of enquiries.

We have a number of situations like that now, but as written requests
they queue. We'd need some commitment for a newbie help line.
