a brain storm. Feel free to come up with a better idea to help
attract and keep women editors. My sense is that a place for women to get together
among themselves might be helpful, atleast for some women. It's nothing to do with
splitting the community.
It's simply a reflection of real-life behaviour. Women will meet for coffee to have a
natter. It'sa way of community building. If it works in real life, why shouldn't
it work for Wikipedia?
