Howdy. I'm new to this list, I would like to introduce and tell a little about myself. I do some work on the OTRS system for the foundation as a volunteer. I would like to get more into direct press (PR), tweaking press releases, project management, and research. I'm sure I can bring something to the table, so we will see.
