And why professional photographer should be
better treated on
Wikimedia projects than me or any other contributor?
When it's useful to the reader. I don't expect anyone to care when I
took a picture, but if it's one of Alan Light's (CC-by-sa) celebrity
shots the reader may well be interested.
So write it in the article about Alan Light, not in article about celebrity.
