[WikiX-l] Post-anniversary shipments

In May/June many language editions of Wikipedia were founded, so we might
encounter another load of events around that time. Considering most of those
language editions are EU-based (or at least partially) - would it make sense
to do another load of this, but then produced and shipped from an EU
location? Which chapter would have the right connections and physical help
to pull such a thing off?

Steven, is there any kind of budget available for this, to give us an idea?

Best,

Lodewijk
