Just a quick note

We in HK experience the same problem too

And I do express the serious communication problem with the relevant staff
(Jay usually reply really promptly, we should thk you)

But we need now is just sth like tracking code
to see whether the goods is stuck at somewhere we can rescue locally

Although we DONOT expect the stuff can be arrived on time already

Please all be patient. We're doing the very best we can. There are dozens of
global shipments, with complex import/tax/safety regulations for our
shippers to navigate. Some shipments may arrive just in time.

If you have a concern, share it directly with wmf - myself and steven
walling. We're trying hard to ensure everyone gets everything they asked
for, but we may encounter some difficulties.

Thanks for your understanding,
Jay
