[WikiX-l] internationalisation of tenwiki

Hey,

I would like to suggest to set:

'wgForceUIMsgAsContentMsg' => array(

    'tenwiki' => array(
        'mainpage',
        'organize-url',
        'share-url',
        'design-url',
        'ideas-url',
        'faq-url',
    ),

),

This configuration (the same as on Wikimedia Commons) will allow to
see registered users the Main Page and pages from sidebar in language
from preferences.

Any objections?
