[WikiX-l] Licensing of books in Bookshelf

Hi all,
 A query. I went and downloaded few of the books from bookshelf
http://outreach.wikimedia.org/wiki/Bookshelf/ which we are hoping to
use in the 10th Anniversary Wikipedia celebrations being held in Pune.
Please see ten.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pune/

While going over/leafing over the books I couldn't find any licensing
information of the books in question. For e.g.
Evaluating_Wikipedia_article_quality_2010-11-26.pdf or
Welcome2WP_English_082310.pdf neither of them have any explicit
license attached to them.

The only info./reference I could find is the Wikimedia foundation
address on the last page. No CC licenses.

Please clarify the above.
