[Wikiversity-l] translating into english language only

I personally don't have a problem with messages coming through in different
languages. Wikiversity isn't yet large enough to justify mailing lists for
every single language out there, and often its best if the entire WV
community is informed, if only in a language other than their own. Besides,
translating German is fun :)
