Keep in mind that you can also "vote" on bugs on bugzilla.  While the 
bug voting process isn't perfect, bugs with a larger number of votes do 
get some additional notice and attention.  In addition, by voting on the 
but you can also be informed about status changes on the bug request.

On the whole, I think this is good news and I salute those involved in 
trying to get Spanish Wikiversity going.
