I believe that's referring to bug 57176,[1] which isn't related to the RFC
except as something to avoid when designing the database indexes. If/when
it comes to coding for that RFC, I hope it's stating the obvious to request
that people loop me in on reviewing the API part of it sooner rather than
later.
As for bug 57176, I'm willing to look at writing the code for it if Sean
thinks the design in comment 7 looks good from a database perspective.
