There are no RFCs scheduled yet. Seeing how the previous iterations
went, perhaps the schedule could be defined by these priorities:
# RFCs previously discussed with actions completed.
# RFCs previously scheduled that were left out because of lack of time.
# New RFCs pushed by their promoters.
# RFCs called by the architects for a resolution.
