Sorry, I don't think the headers are double. In my previous posts I just
posted the differences between the working headers and the non-working
headers.
If you're prepared to experiment, try changing line
111 in OutputPage.php from
header( "HTTP/1.0 304 Not Modified" );
to
header( "HTTP/1.1 304 Not Modified" );
The HTTP response now changed to HTTP/1.1: 304 Not Modified but the page
still won't load. I just found out, that if I do a "hard refresh" with
ctrl+f5 browser reloads the page ok.
