AFAIK there is currently no possibility to get the images as a dump,
search through the archive of the mailing list, this has been
discussed recently.

I guess you mean that the interwiki links are displayed in the text
instead of the sidebar. If that is your problem, add the required
entries into the interwiki table, there should be some scripts in
maintenance/ to do that. (Mmm, maybe wikipedia-interwiki.sql ?)
