I think I can help Wikipedia as maintainer of Russain language file
and language files of other languages of Russian Federation (Tatar,
Ossetian, Chuvash...).
I have done several uptodate patches for LanguageRu.php (in Bugzilla:
1455, 1635, 1846, 1998, 2191). Also, my contribution is reports (1335, 1338,
1890, 2190) about bugs in Language.php
