No, all "Special" pages will have this. If you're bold, you can figure
out a way to change this, too; but this is probably a bit less easy
because this isn't in SpecialWatchlist.php.
Thanks, that's good enough for me--I don't use other Special pages. My
CSS solution is a little bit simple minded but works thus far (user
"keichwa", German WP).
