Overnight? There is no "overnight" on a system that's accessed
world-wide, 24x7.
In my opinion, if the wiki syntax is changed dramatically, then the db
table should receive a new column called "syntax version". This would
allow the parser to distinguish between old and new syntax, rendering
both correctly.
