Currently we have two IRC channels that are development/administration
related, #mediawiki and #wikimedia-tech, the latter recently forked
out of the former because server-related discussions were taking up
too much space at #mediawiki.
I think we should have another IRC channel specific to development of
the Mediawiki software, support requests and other non-development
related stuff have begun to take up alot of space on #mediawiki and at
times drown development discussion.
I've already created it but it would be nice to have the CIA bot join
it as well as to move wikibugs from #mediawiki to it, that is if
others agree with the concept at all.
