I've merged the SCHEMA_WORK branch into HEAD for 1.5. For those who
have forgotten, this implements the schema change proposed here:

This gives us revision_id numbers on all revisions (current and old)
and reduces the size of the main tables which get constantly searched
by pulling big text bits out.
This made a lot of changes, so it's very possible that some things are
broken. Overwriting pages moves are almost certainly not working right,
and the history compression should be checked over before being used.
Run the updater script (update.php) to convert an existing HEAD wiki to
the new schema. Some additional smaller schema changes may be made
before we finalize for 1.5 release.
